Hat and socks with handspun yarn

新年あけましておめでとうございます。皆さんにとって笑顔いっぱいの素晴らしい１年となりますように！

These days I feel really fascinating to spinning wool , It's really warm for the yarn spun by hand. Those include air and fiber is spun tightly and fluffy. and Dust doesn't fall.
I'd like to do knitting only by handspun yarn this year.
But it takes time ...

This fiber has been bought, when my husband made a business trip to Denver.

The color he chose wasn't my taste, but finished yarn is my favorite color.  It is magic !!

There was only 100 grams, so I knitted socks.

If a machine enters a process, influence is same for the color.

But the natural course is also beautiful too.

主人がデンバーへ出張に行った時にお土産で買ってきてくれたファイバーで、靴下を編みました。ファイバーは最初、青虫のような色だったんですが、紡ぎ終わると何とも可愛い毛糸に仕上がりました。

手で色付けしたものを手で紡ぐので、色は偶然によって出来上がります。左右の色は違ってしまいましたが、自然の成り行きもまた美しいものです。

The yarn I spun last month is this. Silk and merino wool were mixed.

I knitted a hat.

I am planning to make free pattern whit 2 design this year.
One is a shawl with flower motif of crochet. Another are slippers :)


先月紡いだ毛糸で編んだ帽子です。
紡ぐと時間がかかるのですが、冷たい北風がびゅんびゅん吹いている時に初めて、暖かさが違う　ことに気が付きます。やはり手で紡ぐことによって空気を中心に含んでいるのと、繊維がしっかりよりあっているからでしょうか。
今年は紡いだ毛糸で小さな毛糸屋さんをオープンできたら嬉しいですが、なにぶん時間がかかることばかりで、どうなるやらわかりません。無料パターンは２つ予定しています

Dog sweater

I knitted a dog sweater which my mother asked me.

You may notice I used my wild berry pattern.→ http://www.lilisknit.com/free-pattern.html

A chart is repeated 1、5 times.

Knit the Purl stitch a place by the berry stitch of crochet when it's RS. ( K, in WS)

and Embroider "French knot stitch" on them at the end.

I didn't put C4L and C4R in.
( knit "stocking stitch" a place of  C4L and C4R , it's K4 in RS, P4 in WS )

I am waiting that you use my pattern effectively, and knit something　♡

Front (?) of the dog sweater 

I sent it with other gifts for my parents.
Her puppy would be able to walk comfortably in the snow with lovely sweater.

We are not neighborhood. But I take a picture if there is a chance which my mother's dog wears it .


母に頼まれてワンコのセーターを編みました。
お腹ぽっこりのトイプーサイズです。

お気づきのことと思いますが、スヌードの模様をちょこっと変えて編みました。
そういった面でも自由に利用できますのでぜひお試し下さい
（かぎ針を使ったﾍﾞﾘｰｽﾃｯﾁの所を裏編みして通りすぎ、最後にフレンチノット刺繍をしました）

A sweater with a bow

Hello my dear knitter !
You saw my new sweater with red ribbon ?!

新しいセーターを編みました。
首から下に編んでいって最後は輪にして編んだリボンをつけるだけの簡単セーターです

It is very easy sweater. You can knit the same if you like it.

Just you knit "top-down" and

loop a ribbon ( length 180cm ) knit and sew on .

also It is pretty, only tie the bow on the neck like this.

The yarn is "Wolle Rodel" Alpaca 100%. It's very soft and cozy yarn.  

I bought them during stay in Germany. 

Knitting is really good hobby. it's made rich in the heart and the closet.

I am happy I can put a good memory :)

これは主人の仕事の同伴で行ったドイツで買った毛糸です。

とにかく柔らかく心地よく、ぬくぬくしたセーターができました。

帰りの飛行機でｷｬﾋﾞﾝｱﾃﾝﾀﾞﾝﾄのお姉さんが何を編んでいるんですか、もう編み終わりましたかって何回も聞いてきたのを思い出します。

主人の方が呆れて、そんなに早く出来上がりませんよって返事していましたが、

やっと編み終わりましたよ～って伝えたいですね。

他にも毛糸屋さんを教えてくれたバーカーさん、親切だった人たち

美味しかったりんご、きれいだった森、

そういった思い出をこうして着られる幸せ、やっぱり編み物っていいですね

やっと、初めて、編み図を公開することが出来ました。
例え編む人がいなくても嬉しい、こうやって形になったことが嬉しい　の一言です。

残念ながら日本の編み図を正しく作ることができなくて、今回は英文パターンのみになります
チャートは入っているのですが補助的な役割にしかならないと思います
次は日本語の編み図も作れるといいのですが、、、あと２つ予定しているので
まずはそちらを仕上げることを次の目標にしたいです。

Germany trip

I was "Kassel" in Germany for husband's work last month.
This wasn't normal travel, so we didn't have a lot of time for sightseeing.

It's the town where an author Grimm Brothers' fairy tale lived lengthily that we stayed.
I was reading that book when I was a child, so very dear feeling did.
There was a same tree as a tree in the book. How I was moved.

I adore this lovely town !!

We visited a Frankfurt on a weekend. but we regretted in not going to the country.
Frankfurt is a beautiful big town, but it's only that. Tokyo is a bigger city.

We ate a frankfurter in Frankfurt :)

There was a Japanese store MUJI.

The German forest and nature are really beautiful. I wish that we may be visited again someday.

And I have got a memory a little, so I am knitting a sweater !

A mitten

I have got 2 colors of soft fiber. It was only 100 grams, but I spun for knit something.

The left is a fiber for practice. The center and the right bought newly.

 Even the same white is a little different in color....

　２色の柔らかい羊毛を紡いで毛糸を１つ作りました。

これはイギリスから届きましたが、羊の種類が書いてなくて質問もしなかったので、この柔らかさは何にあたるのか今になって気になります。

And 2 colors were 1 of yarn !

I moved to this house last year. Here is away from the center of Tokyo. 

It's cool for the severe heat of the summer in the room at a well ventilated house. A forest is close, the wind is also cold and pleasant. 

去年この家に越してきましたが、とても涼しい家で過ごしやすいです。都心から離れていて不便な場所ですが、風通しが非常によく気流ができて寒いくらいです。

森が近いせいか冷たい風も流れてきて、うちの猫ちゃんもベランダで昼寝がお気に入りです。

こうして夏でも羊毛を触れるという喜び。立地条件や住宅設計でこんなにも風の通りが違うのですね。そのうち私たちも家を持ちたいので、こんなふうに風通しの良い家がほしいものです。

I can't know whether you can imagine, but Summer of the south Japan is too hot including Tokyo. A person dies for its heat. 

It becomes so cool that you go to the north in Japan. but there are a lot of fun Shop in Tokyo and Kyoto,Osaka on the south side.

If you come to Japan someday, I wish that you choose good seasons.

There is a kitty under the table

And I have finished knitting a mitten !!

I counted many times, but I don't make a mistake in stitch. 

A clumsy mitten was made because my yarn was clumsy.  What delight !

I have to practice more :) 

　そうして、指なし手袋ができあがりました！まるで段や目を間違えているようにイビツなので何度か数えましたが、左右が違うように見える原因は私の毛糸です。ときどき極細、または極太、並太または極端に手縫い糸のようなサイズ不明な糸により、このような不格好な手袋ができてしまいました。。

編み物を目的として紡ぐ以上、サイズは命。やはり均一な毛糸が紡げるようになりたいです。

日々練習を怠らないようにしなくては、、

といってもやはり最初の作品！嬉しさでニマニマしておりまス
